First Voyager II commercial model is officially launched in Rotorua on Thursday 17 March 2011

The Voyager ll was officially launched at Skyline Skyrides at a special function attended by over 100 tourism industry invitees, staff and other VIPs including government officials.  Guests were treated to a flight in the Voyager ll and saw two shows;  the first called "Scenic Adventures of the South" and the second 3D CGI movie called "Xenopod".  The Managing Director of Spacedome, Mr. Dennis Hyde, stated that this was a milestone in the company's development and he looks forward to the placement of many  more Voyager ll simulators in many countries around the globe.  He explained that the next Voyager ll ships to be built will be for the China market.  Please see copy of newspaper editorial in Gallery.
