Using Gyro stabilized camera mounts and exaggerated lens tilt to capture high definition aerial footage from high performance helicopters has helped us to create an impressive film library.   The degree of lense shift is calculated to match the degree of movement achieved on our simulator platforms.

Our ability to project pixel to pixel of uncompressed high definition digital content on a 7 x 3 spherical screen within a moving simulation capsule helps give us our competitive edge and the ability to simulate total reality.

The dynamics of our platform have been designed to give 2 meters of travel on the outer perimeter of the circular floor which moves in four directions. Speed, stroke and inertia calculations were gained from trial tests carried out on an actual size prototype. These calculations have played an important part in the scripting and production of our in-house ride film productions.
The playback system has been designed to allow flexibility in the film content able to be screened. film2.jpg
Operators are not restricted to Spacedome's movies.  We have focused our efforts in producing movies featuring real footage as opposed to computer generated images (CGI) and this approach has been very well received.  The Company intends producing a series of 12 high adventure motion ride films. The Voyager II incorporates a HD 2D and HD 3D playback projection system.film3.jpg
