Q. Is this ride suitable for all ages or is it too rough?
A. The motion platform has been designed and programmed to deliver a smooth and realistic sensation of flight. It will be exciting but not so much so that it will induce motion sickness or discomfort in majority of passengers.
Q. How are the ships delivered and assembled?
A. Ships are packed and delivered in containers with transportation at purchaser's cost. Assembly is carried out by SDTL engineers and staff and is included in the price of each ship. Site preparation is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Q. What are the payment terms?
A. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of order with the balance payable prior to delivery.
Q. What warranties underpin the product?
A. All ships come with a two year warranty. Any products not manufactured by SDTL typically come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. All major components incorporated in each ship are supplied by well respected manufacturers with a proven track record.
Q. Can I see a completed Voyager II in operation now?
A. At the time of writing the company is in the process of manufacturing its first commercial model and this is expected to be completed soon (please contact us when you are ready to inspect).
